Job Title: Learning Content Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a Learning Content Developer to create impactful learning materials for sales teams, managers, and senior leaders. These materials will empower global sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to sell products effectively and support leaders in developing their teams and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and project teams to update existing courses or create new learning materials.
Develop content for asynchronous learning, such as eLearning, job aids, and videos.
Create content for in-person or virtual learning events, including presentation decks and handouts.
Review learning materials with peers and project team members and incorporate feedback.
Manage the production of learning assets, ensuring deliverables are completed on or ahead of schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in synthesizing content into simplified performance support materials, such as knowledge articles and job aids.
4+ years of experience developing assets for live, in-person, or virtual learning sessions.
4+ years of experience creating e-learning assets using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in multimedia design.
Experience working within a multi-cultural team.
Background in structuring lessons or courses to achieve specific behavioural outcomes.
