Assignment Details/Requirements :
Active and unrestricted Texas license or IMLC required
Board Certification required
ACLS, BLS, Certifications required, Fellowship preferred
Required Skills: General Urology, Adult, Pediatric, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, Renal and bladder u/s w/biopsy
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth, Admissions required
Facility Details: EMR: Athena, 3 Beds in clinic, Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days, Level 3 Trauma Facility
Patients Per Shift: 15-20
Support Staff: RN: 1-2, MA: 1-2, PA/NP: 1
