- Schedule: minimum 1 week/month 8hr shift M-F, 7a -3p, call is not required but can accomodate if provider wants to take call
- 255 hospital beds
- Support Staff: 4 MDs, 5 CRNAs
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: IA license (willing to wait for license), BC, TEEs
- Credentialing: 4-6 weeks
