- Date: ASAP lasting up to 6 months
- Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month, 1 weekend of call per month
- Patient Volume: average 15 per day
- Medical oncology experience required
- Support Staff: 1 Oncologist, 2 MAs, 1 RN, 2 NPs, 1 Referral Specialist, 2 Front desk receptionists, 1 Patient advocate
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: AZ license, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, 3 years experience, Covid/Flu vaccine or exemption
- Credentialing: 30 days, can be expedited
