POSITION:  Production Operator - Ready to DrinkCLASSIFICATION:  Non-ExemptREPORTS TO:  Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities Production Process, Development and Optimization, including: CIP, sanitation, coffee extraction, data collection, finished good packaging, order fulfillment, etc.Work as part of a fast-paced team Show initiative, with an inclusive, positive and professional attitude Take an active role in and monitor RTD processesAdaptable with a willingness to learn and take directionExecute daily inventory checks and FIFO order fulfillmentExecutes stock replenishment for all campus inventory staging areasLoad outbound freight efficiently and safelyMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentAssist with inventory counts and cycle counts as neededPerforms other general warehouse duties as assigned by department managerFollow all safety procedures and protocolsSafely operates handling equipment including, but not limited to, pallet jack, forklift, walkie stacker, and ladderQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a warehouse setting preferred and 6 months experience in beverage production a plus.Excellent problem-solving skillsBasic Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel skillsProactive mindset, a problem solver with the ability to work independently and a strong attention to detail.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentPositive Attitude; Self-Motivated; Active; Safety ConsciousPhysical RequirementsThe following physical demands outline the requirements necessary for employees to effectively carry out the essential functions of this position. Please note that our facility operates in a non-climate-controlled environment, subjecting employees to varying temperatures, including heat during the summer and cold during the winter.During the performance of duties, employees are expected to engage in regular communication, auditory perception, and reading tasks. This role is dynamic and involves prolonged periods of standing (or being on one's feet for up to 8 hours), walking, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and crouching throughout the shift. Additionally, employees will be required to lift products and packaging overhead and may frequently handle items weighing between 25 and 70 pounds. Essential vision capabilities for this role encompass close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
