About the Role: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our services. You will play a key role in supporting our client-focused mission while maintaining the high standards of service that Style Netbox is known for.
Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Provide information about products and services, ensuring clients understand offerings.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's services, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
