We are seeking a motivated experienced Call Center Agent to join our team located in Manchester, NH.

Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product/services information, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday - Thursday - 12PM-8PM

SALARY: $18/hourly

LOCATION: Manchester, NH (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Provide information about products/services and recommend solutions to customer concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
