Nesco Resource is partnering with a manufacturing company in Glenville, NY to hire an Office Administrator! If you are a team player who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! They are looking to bring someone on immediately with growth potential.
This is a temp-to-permanent  opportunity!
Job Details: Office Administrator

  • Pay: $20/hr - $23/hr
  • Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Glenville, NY
What you need to apply:
  • Experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or in related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
Preferred Experience:
  • Strong work ethic, with an ability to work with very little supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • First-rate organizational skills to include: ability to prioritize, attention to detail and following tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
On a typical day you will be:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments and conference calls.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Updating documents and word processing.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations.
  • Scanning, copying, filing as needed.
  • Overseeing office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Daily mail distribution.
  • Receiving & staging incoming packages
  • Assisting Human Resources & Accounting as needed.
