Arthrex is actively searching for a Sr. Medical Education Operations Content Coordinator. Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.
Main Objective: Creatively and actively participate in the Medical Education department to manage logistical operations for the organization and execution of healthcare professional and representative education. This includes creating and refining impactful presentations, managing online educational content in the LMS, and coordinating training programs and professional visits, all while ensuring alignment with Arthrex brand standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership and Arthrex stakeholders to create visually compelling business presentations for Medical Education.
- Continuously update and refine presentation materials based on feedback and evolving business needs, maintaining a library of reusable content and templates.
- Refine complex and abstract concepts into clear, key messages using infographics, diagrams, animations, icons, graphics, charts, photography, and illustrations.
- Assist with the creation and administration of online educational materials, maintaining information in the LMS online learning system.
- Build and support internal communication strategies for department leaders, ensuring consistency with Arthrex brand standards and objectives.
- Coordinate healthcare professional visits to global headquarters for corporate courses and single-day labs.
- Coordinate LMS-based and live representative training programs for subsidiaries and distributors.
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling Arthrex staff members, Arthrex business partner personnel, and HCP instructors to instruct at Arthrex live training events.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for medical education reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the Sr. Vice President of Global Medical Education and the Medical Education leadership team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual communications, presentation development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Thorough knowledge of arthroscopic and sports medicine-related orthopedic procedures preferred.
- Highly discreet individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Minimal travel required.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Command of Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone.
