The Product Management, Upper Extremity team at Arthrex is growing and we are actively searching for a Coordinator. This position will be located on our corporate campus in Naples, FL. Main Objective:
Provides administrative support to product management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer communication, visits, and schedules for product development and business meetings.
- Maintain schedules and travel of product management team.
- Assist engineering team with projects as needed.
- Liaison between other cross-functional teams, such as, customer service, product management, engineering, medical education, marketing, meetings, and other departments communicating information and/or team requirements.
- Field calls/emails and fulfill requests for product information, sales promotions, etc.
- Assist with tracking of assets.
- Assist in the management of product launches, marketing collateral, etc.
- Organize and maintain promotional, new product, and sales materials (including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, surgical animations, surgical technique videos, scientific articles, etc.).
- Assist in creating reports, newsletters, and other field communications.
- Manage and control costs of office supplies and other administrative resources.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years minimum work experience in administration, marketing, or general office experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational, and interpersonal skills).
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly discrete individual who can manage sensitive, and confidential information.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
