Experience:

• 8+ years of project management experience in a Life Sciences industry.
• Preferred experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., sales) or headquarter roles (e.g., Training or Marketing/Brand management).

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Commercial understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech ecosystem is essential.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles is preferred but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must be able to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proven project management success , demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams .
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
