Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Visual/Branding Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for various print materials, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with the brand guidelines.
- Create compelling layouts by utilizing typography, imagery, color schemes, and other design elements.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors' designs to stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques.
- Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production of printed materials.
- Provide guidance to junior designers in executing design projects effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role in print design/print production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing impactful print materials.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
