Our client is a multi billion dollar a year company in the professional services industry that is globally headquartered in the Chicago loop. They are seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to work as part of their 150+ person corporate finance and accounting department. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support in developing rate proposals, alternative fee arrangements, fee estimates, matter budgets and pricing options in response to client requests
• Assist in responding to the pricing and financial components of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other business development pitches
• Provide support for the annual billing rate setting process and perform ongoing benchmarking analysis and maintenance of standard hourly billing rates throughout the year
• Assist with various projects, including analysis of historical matters, to support the pricing and budgeting process
• Provide analysis and regular reporting to support client and matter management needs
• Assist in the identification, documentation and monitoring of alternative fee arrangements
• Develop/enhance financial templates and models to expand upon and streamline existing processes surrounding the Firm’s pricing function

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
