Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager- Manufacturing & Operation to lead our state of the art Petrochemical & Food ingredients manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, extensive experience in manufacturing management in high quality petrochemical and fine chemical companies and a proven track record in motivating and guiding manufacturing teams in operational efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science/ Chemical/ Petrochemical Engineering.

15 years + of progressive experience in petrochemical manufacturing including at least 5 years in a Managerial or leadership role.

Strong technical expertise in chemical processes and operations, equipment, various standards, and a high level of familiarity with design & engineering of chemical plants.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Sound understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.

Experience in budget management, cost control, and resource optimization.
