Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling complex commercial, business or construction litigation matters

A Connecticut Bar admission is required.
Experience with commercial construction contract drafting, negotiation, and construction law is preferred, but not required. The candidate must have top academic credentials, and excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
