Your Role:
Demand Planning:
- Adapt inventory plans to meet changing demands.
- Manage material planning for new products and handle obsolescence.
Procurement:
- Source and purchase materials based on project needs.
- Negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts, and oversee delivery schedules.
- Address vendor issues related to cost, delivery, and payments.
Inventory Management:
- Keep inventory levels accurate and ensure smooth material movement.
- Apply efficient inventory management practices, such as JIT, cycle counts, and minimizing excess stock.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process and deliver customer orders on time.
- Handle discrepancies, issue resolution, and returns.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution.
Logistics & Compliance:
- Manage transportation across different modes to optimize schedules and costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Supplier Management:
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance processes and capabilities.
- Leverage negotiation and contract management skills.
Your Qualifications:
- Ability to identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvement.
- Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and meet targets.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
