• Matters are leanly staffed- associates should want to be in court and doing substantive work
• Cravath scale pay and bonuses
• Billables are 2000-2100
• Hybrid schedule

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials, including top grades from top law schools
• Willingness to take the Delaware bar (firm will pay for bar prep and fees)
• An interest in chancery court litigation
