Pay : $40-$48/hr
Responsibilities :
- Conduct basic protein chemistry experiments, such as measuring protein concentrations (OD280 nm) and calculating dilutions.
- Manually aliquot and label vials containing purified proteins for storage.
- Support vialing activities using bio-microlab instrumentation.
- Safely handle compounds with Occupational Exposure Band (OEB4 and OEB5) following established Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
- Prepare solutions and buffers according to established SOPs.
- Perform aliquoting, labeling, storing samples, and basic ADC QC in compliance with SOPs.
- Handle sensitive samples requiring prior wet lab experience.
- With training, conduct protein (mAb and ADC) characterization, including CE-SDS, Mass Spectrometry, and SEC.
- Track and document maintenance and repair service calls for lab instruments.
- Record and manage experimental data in an electronic lab notebook.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years, or Master’s/PhD with 2-3 years of wet lab experience in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in protein concentration calculations and dilutions.
- Experience with manual pipettes and basic lab techniques.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with protein characterization and Mass Spectrometry (MS).
