A prestigious AmLaw 20 firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2+ years of experience in a sophisticated biglaw firm's L&E practice, who has had exposure to class actions and single-plaintiff cases involving a wide range of matters including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge, trade secrets, sexual harassment, among other claims. This role also provides the opportunity to counsel clients on how to handle various employment issues.
The ideal associate is currently working in an employment or litigation group at a top law firm, has strong academic credentials from a top law school, and is barred in the state of California.
