BIM Manager

Position: BIM Manager

Location: Los Angeles OR San Diego (Hybrid work schedule)

Terms: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce BIM standards and procedures across projects.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage model reviews.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.
• Manage and maintain BIM software, tools, and technology updates.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company BIM protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years structural drafting experience in concrete, masonry, steel and wood structures
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to read and understand construction and architectural documents
• Revit API, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper knowledge preferred
