Salary is up to $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Florida

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage divisional managers and supervisors.
- Collaborate on projects related to capacity growth and capital investments.
- Oversee inventory reconciliation and data entry of batch information.
- Manage P&L and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain department equipment.
- Understand and manage product and process lines, chemistry, and recipes.
- Create and enforce Quality System Documentation.
- Participate in product development and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs and apply Lean Six Sigma techniques.
- Ensure compliance with Quality System Documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical or engineering-related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience or training in chemical operation management.
- Skills needed: Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning abilities. Excellent communication skills and computer competency.
