Responsibilities:

• Maintain, implement and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals.
• Maintain and participate in the firm’s business continuity program with respect to documentation, change management, and testing.
• Responsible for ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of network and telecommunications hardware and software and manages, administers, and controls those information systems
• Provides network and systems counseling and guidance to company personnel.
• Selects, trains, and motivates qualified internal/external resources to effectively carry out the company’s IT functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and technical skills
• Develops programs and hardware systems and trains the staff to ensure a cost-effective and current information system
• Evaluate and implement and test new technology.
• Follow, change, and own control documentation of environment.
• Advanced and current networking knowledge in support of new technologies and their deployment,
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years supervisory experience, 5 years experience in IT at a manufacturing site

• Experience in Network Administration or Systems Engineering role. (Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a must)
• ServiceMax (Salesforce Product) experience a must!!
• Acumatica (or similar) experience is a plus
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
