A prestigious national law firm is looking for driven associates to join its team, specializing in intellectual property and commercial transactions within technology companies. This role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various transactions, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements. You'll also dive into the IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financings.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to work with tech companies at all growth stages. While a technical or science background is a plus, it's not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Juris doctor from an accredited law school
• 3-6 years experience working in peer firm
• Licensed to practice in the state they're looking to be located in
