Overview: We are seeking a Training and Development Supervisor to lead and manage the training programs for our organization. This role will focus on enhancing employee skills, performance, and productivity through effective training initiatives. The supervisor will assess training needs, develop instructional materials, and deliver training sessions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate training programs for employees across departments.
• Assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultation with managers.
• Develop and deliver training content, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.
• Oversee training records and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong instructional design and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training technologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
