$53,000 - $63,000/Annually

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions Representative to join our team and help drive the success of our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and effectively promoting our school and programs. The primary goal of this role is to increase enrollment by engaging with potential candidates and showcasing the unique opportunities we offer.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer inquiries from prospective students via phone, ensuring professionalism and promptness. Address questions, offer relevant information, and resolve issues to meet weekly performance goals.
  • Communicate Program and Career Information: Clearly explain program offerings, career paths, and financial details to potential candidates, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with applicants to maintain engagement and ensure admissions goals and metrics are achieved.
  • Assess and Qualify Candidates: Evaluate prospective students based on their career goals and compatibility with our programs, ensuring that candidates meet necessary criteria for enrollment.
  • Guide Students Through Orientation: Assist newly enrolled students by providing support and guidance during the online orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition into their academic journey.
  • Generate Referrals: Actively work to expand the candidate pipeline by asking current and potential applicants for referrals to help increase enrollment.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to analyze data, resolve challenges, and streamline operations for a seamless admissions process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of previous admissions experience with heavy outbound calling
  • Ability to learn ins and outs of programs and relay information accurately to applicants
  • Ability to sell programs and hit call metrics
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and metrics driven
