VOYlegal is assisting a midsize firm seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to join the Bankruptcy and Reorganizations Practice Group in its Wilmington, DE office. Ideal candidates will have superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large firm or equivalent bankruptcy experience. Experience with the Delaware Chancery Court is beneficial, though not required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Admission to the Delaware bar is required for this position.
