Property Manager to oversee a thriving multifamily community. In this role, you'll be responsible for everything from leasing to managing residents and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving community success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination.
• Handle service requests, conduct property inspections, and ensure high standards of maintenance.
• Utilize AppFolio for property management, with additional experience in Yardi , OneSite , or RealPage a plus.
• Support marketing efforts to maintain and increase occupancy.
• Lead and coordinate with a team of 3 property management staff and 2 maintenance professionals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property management experience or similar (multifamily preferred).
• Proficiency in AppFolio and property management software (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining a high standard of property maintenance.
