Trustpoint One is pleased to work with a corporate client in its search for a Contracts Specialist to work in a long term temporary position. The ideal candidate will reside in one of the following markets and be able to train in office: St. Louis, Cleveland, Chicago, Schaumburg, Wilmington or Marlborough MA. Qualifications include:

- Expertise in non-disclosure agreements (NDA), amendments to NDAs, confidentiality disclosure agreements and commercial contracts;

- Negotiate and redline terms and conditions;

- Advise on risk and propose solutions;

- Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders on new agreements and renewals;

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate;
