Macdonald Devin Madden Kenefick & Harris PC is a full-service defense litigation firm, with a 35-year presence in Dallas. Our practice encompasses litigation in products liability, premises, personal injury, trucking and construction.
With our continued growth, we are looking to add an attorney to our practice with significant construction defense experience . We look for candidates with sharp legal minds, excellent communication and writing skills and a willingness to learn and make a commitment to getting the job done at a high level.
This is a challenging litigation position. You will defend construction defect cases for both general contractor and subcontractor clients. The right candidate will be given significant responsibility, including motions, discovery, case management and development of litigation strategy. This position offers the opportunity to litigate significant, high-exposure cases against accomplished opponents alongside seasoned trial lawyers who will encourage you to develop your skills.
The position offers a path to firm leadership and the opportunity to help supervise and manage younger lawyers in the handling of these cases.
If you are interested in trying cases, the firm has a track record of going to trial and winning for its clients.
A J.D. from an accredited law school and a current Texas License is required.
