Health Care Associate (Mid-Level)

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its market-leading Health Care practice. This position can be based in Los Angeles, New York City, or Washington DC.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of health law experience involving regulatory and compliance issues, health care transactions, and/or litigation/investigations
• Working knowledge of such areas as fraud and abuse law, corporate practice of medicine, reimbursement issues, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid (as well as similar state laws)
• JD from an accredited university and excellent academic credentials
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
• Candidates must be prepared to provide a writing sample.
