Atlas Vineyard Management Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Manager to join our team, responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs across our vineyard operations. This role will involve managing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety for all employees. The position requires a strong focus on the unique challenges of vineyard work, spanning diverse terrains and seasonal tasks, while balancing compliance and operational needs. This role will be based primarily out of the Santa Rosa and Napa offices, with regular travel to various vineyard locations. Will require travel for safety visits to various locations across California, as well as potential travel to Oregon, Washington, and Texas. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH. Reports to the Human Resource Director.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in safety management, preferably within agriculture, vineyard, or field settings.
• Confidence to conduct training sessions in front of large groups of people.
• Knowledge of OSHA and CAL/OSHA regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Valid driver’s license
