Trusts and Estates Attorney

Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­ Trusts and Estates Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Represent the firm’s clients in all aspects of the estate planning process, including consultations and strategy sessions.
• Draft a variety of estate planning and trust administration documents.
• Assist clients with the process of funding trusts and provide expert advice to ensure proper and efficient funding.
• Oversee and manage trust and probate administration matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and meeting all deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as an attorney or a related field is required.
• Previous experience with estate planning, estate administration, and elder law is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is a must.
