We are seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor role on the 2nd shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $55,000-$75,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. What you will do as a Production Supervisor:

• Enforce safety policies and give safety presentations
• Coach and perform quality product and process audits
• Observe and analyze the trends and/or tendencies in your metrics in order to optimize your team's productivity and performance
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles
• Manage to a takt time and identify and eliminate process abnormalities
• Perform annual team member evaluations

What you need to be a Production Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred; or 1+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours at a time
