My client, a top firm in Connecticut, is looking for a real estate associate with at least 2 years' experience with a top amlaw firm or real estate boutique.
Ideal candidate will have commercial transactional real estate experience in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate due diligence (including title review).
This group works closely with the corporate groups and are really close-knit. Hours target is about 1,650 and they are hybrid.
Someone looking for more responsibility, mentorship, to feel part of a team and to have a life beyond the billable hour would find this to be quite compelling.
