The firm are well established, being regarded as one of the top AM100 law firms across the US, with a high caliber of their own talented Attorneys selected as Super Lawyers/ Rising Stars. On their last recruitment hike ahead of the New Year, the firm are seeking a skilful Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Recovery to join their team based in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a workload of varied matters on behalf of policyholders, from inception through to resolution
- Represent an array of high-profile clientele including domestic and international corporations
- Guide clients through the coverage lifecycle, from ensuring the best policy coverage for clients to resolving coverage disputes/ providing recovery options to clients
- Assist with arbitrations
- Assist the wider team on complex, high value recovery matters
Requirements:
- J.D obtained from an accredited school of law
- 2 + Yrs experience within Insurance Recovery, particularly CGL, D&O, E&O, Professional Liability, Toxic Torts, EPL and Property Damage
- Previous expereince at am AM200 firm/ AM100 ideally
- Litigation experience within State and Federal Court
- Strong analytical skills, being highly detail orientated
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated, being able to work independently but also collaboratively when required
- Strong writing and research skills
