Trademark/Copyright Senior Attorney - New York

Our client is a top firm, seeking a senior level trademark/copyright attorney for its New York office. The salary for this position will be in the $200k+ range and may vary depending upon experience and other factors.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of domestic and foreign intellectual property experience including trademark and licensing transactions.
• Experience with trademark and copyright disputes and related IP matters.
• This position will involve drafting complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses.
• Strong writing and research skills; team focused; ability to work directly with clients.
• JD with strong academic credentials.
• New York bar is required;, New Jersey bar is a plus.
