Our client, a boutique law firm that specializes in construction, commercial and civil litigation, is seeking a NY Barred Attorney with 3+ years of Commercial Litigation experience to join its small but mighty White Plains Office (have the option to work in the NYC office as well). The ideal candidate will have Construction Law experience (though not required).

Job Duties

• Drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, document review

• Construction Contract review and drafting

• Conducting commercial depositions

• Oral Argument for motions and court appearances on conferences

• Interact with clients and opposing counsel
