Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves picking products using an RF scanner, handling customer orders, completing inbound receiving, stocking products, processing shipment orders, and maintaining records of all activities performed. You will also assist with various warehouse duties as requested.
Responsibilities - Pick products using an RF scanner
- Fill customer orders
- Accurately complete inbound receiving and log all information
- Stock products as received
- Process shipment orders
- Work with parcel carriers and drivers
- Maintain records of all activities performed
- Build boxes, package, and prepare items for shipment
- Assist with any warehouse duties as requested
Essential Skills - Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Experience using RF scanners
- 6+ months of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs
- Comfortable using computers
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience using an inventory program (e.g., SAP or Ship-it-Smarter)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Prior warehouse experience
- Class 2 Medical Facility experience with strict guidelines that are batch and lot controlled, 60% of which is lot controlled
- Familiarity with metrics-driven environments

Work Environment Our facility in Richmond is very clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. The work environment includes a clean room where gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks are required. The facility is FDA regulated and follows GMP standards. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM for the first two weeks, then switch to 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required based on workflow. This position may start on a temporary basis with the potential for extension based on performance.
