The Opportunity
We are hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to work in our Picking, Packing & Shipping departments. We have full-time positions available on second shift in our West Chester, OH building. You will report to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.
You will contribute to our mission of the distribution center by achieving daily productivity standards, achieving positive relations with peers and coworkers, and establishing goals for personal development.

Your Impact

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size and quantity
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.

What You Bring

• This position requires walking, standing, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English
• You will be available to work flexible hours such as overtime, and weekends
• Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
