Job Description Accounting Office Associate - Inventory An Inventory Associate is responsible for company wide new and used vehicle inventory management.
Job Description: - Process New and Used vehicle purchases in CDK
- Bill and post dealer swaps and Auction sales
- Internal accounting entries for transfers between all Balise locations
- Title and MSO management
- Accounting schedule reconciliations
- Various monthly internal Inventory and Accounting audits
Skills & Requirements: - Excellent communication & organization skills
- Administrative and computer skills is required
- Ability to Multi-Task in a fast paced environment
- Detail orientated
- EVR knowledge is preferred but not required
- Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge is required.
Environmental & Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
