Job Description

We are looking for an HR technology functional analyst (SuccessFactors) reporting to the team leader of HR technology. The team is mainly composed of SuccessFactors experts and other HR systems that support operational processes, continuous improvements and HR projects in a global context (all BRP groups/countries). The SuccessFactors functional analyst is responsible for converting business requirements into technical roadmaps detailing tool designs and configurations.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and detailed functional specifications.
  • Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific needs, using best practices and ensuring consistency in processes and integration with other systems.
  • Test and validate configurations and functionalities to ensure that changes meet end-user requirements.
  • Support, analyze and solve functional problems for end-users.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation on configurations, functionalities and integrations.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a similar technical discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with the SuccessFactors system.
  • Experience with Boomi would be an asset.
  • Problem solving, identifying and resolving technical and functional problems.
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative and a focus on solutions.
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
