We're looking for an experienced ERP DevOps Manager to join a manufacturing company in Lasalle. This role aims to manage and optimize ERP application development and IT support processes, ensuring the delivery of high quality systems.
Main responsibilities:
IT support ticket management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of tickets related to ERP applications, from receipt to quality assurance.
System delivery planning: Set realistic expectations for delivery times and results, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Process optimization: Continuously improve ERP development processes to increase efficiency and standardize best practices.
Quality and performance management: Monitor and evaluate the quality and performance of developers' work, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Team development: Encourage the growth of the ERP development team by reinforcing skills, standardizing processes and improving workflow. This includes mentoring team members, evaluating performance and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Support for technical challenges: Help the team overcome technical obstacles and find effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Architect, IT Manager and other DevOps leaders to ensure consistent and aligned strategies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications in DevOps, project management or similar fields is a plus.
Experience:
5 to 10 years' experience in development with solid knowledge of .NET frameworks and related technologies.
At least 2-3 years management experience, ideally in a DevOps environment.
Over 3 years' experience with ERP systems.
Technical skills :
Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Epicor), Jira/Confluence, Visual Studio (C#), SQL Server.
Required skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, with a focus on skills development and process improvement.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating interactions with different stakeholders.
Expertise in modern DevOps methodologies, tools, code review, clean code principles and software development best practices.
