Job Requirements Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. 3 years Intensive Care Experience. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 3 years min ICU experience. Schedule Information Must be flexible - Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs. 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours) per week following first week of orientation. 2 12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period. Unit Specific Information 3 years Intensive Care Experience. Floating to other units/departments. When needed may float out to other critical care and step-down units. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 11. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 2:1. Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs. 1 week orientation up to 40 hours.
