Patient Load per Day 20-22 Ages Seen All Ages Schedule 5 Days a Week EMR System EPIC Notes Assignment start date: ASAP. Start date will be confirmed upon successful completion of credentialing.
Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. This is an 8-hour work day w/1 hour unpaid lunch.
OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years experience.
Advanced Practitioners are expected to see up to 18 patients per day.
Family Physicians are expected to see up to 21 patients per day.
Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
