Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Observe changes in resident condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintain a safe environment for residents, ensuring their rooms and common areas are clean and tidy
• Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Iowa or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
