Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Role at Oak Knoll Healthcare Center
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional resident care, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accurately record resident food and fluid intake, as well as weights and skin condition
- Assist nurses with treatment procedures and ensure timely response to call lights
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment by emptying urinary drainage units and changing bed linens
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts is mandatory
- A minimum of 10th grade education is required; preference given to candidates with a High School Diploma or GED
