An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy team based in Halifax.
If you are looking for the ability to achieve a level of work-life balance beyond what can be offered at the traditional larger city firms, without compromising on the quality of work or client mix, then this may be the role for you. You will have the opportunity to work alongside leading individuals in the Real Estate sector along with top quality training and development.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years plus PQE with a reputable firm, handling commercial property matters with the ability to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for a mix of general commercial property work including landlord and tenant, development and investment work. Excellent client care skills with the ability to develop client relationships are essential, along with strong business development and commercial awareness.
You will be a solid team player, who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience, and the firm offers a benefits package, as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
