Job Description WHAT’S THE JOB?

As an Account Director (Janitorial), reporting to the District Manager, you will provide full oversight of services and leadership of our team of staff. In this role, you will be client-facing and responsible for the successful execution of the scope of the project as well as delivering on key deliverables for our company, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and the health and safety of our employees.
Your work will include:
Understanding that client retention is embedded as a daily process through thoughtful action and attitude, utilizing the Tenacity Client for Life methodology.
Ensuring a visible Account-level presence to foster and maintain effective working relationships with all Clients.
Aligning key Dexterra contacts with like positions or titles within the client organization and creating a relationship matrix (Web of Influence).
Communicating performance expectations, monitoring and rewarding performance to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
Acting as a talent scout using networks to help identify, recruit, and vet proposed Dexterra People.
Ensuring succession plans are regularly reviewed and plans for career growth are supported by a personal development plan.
Having a strategic selling mindset and utilizing the Miller Heiman sales methodology and process.
Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management.
Federal Government Security Clearance required.
Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support.
Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting people strategies.
A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
