Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Mammography Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum of 2 years of experience. -Able to perform screening and diagnostic mammography at a minimum. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Ability to performed DEXA and Biopsy procedures that is a plus. Required Education: -HS Diploma or equivalent. -Completion of accredited course in Radiologic Technology or Mammography Required Certifications & Licensure: -ARRT (R) and (M) -Active state Mammography license -BLS -Must meet all ECE requirements to maintain their Mammo certification. -A list of ECE and the amount of Mammograms by type performed within a 2 year period to ensure they have maintained the required exams per year. -The requirement is 200 Mammograms in 36 months to meet MQSA requirements.
