Ideally, the incoming Physical Therapist has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with some clinical experience in a variety of settings (neuro, ortho, and/or vestibular). Additionally, the PT should be compassionate, patient-centered, and have a passion for helping others improve their physical well-being. Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to different patient needs and conditions are also key qualities. Finally, a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices is essential. Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues

Job Responsibilities: - Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
- Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises, create, and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress and intervention effectiveness
- Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times
- Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services.
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- PT license in TX
- Outpatient neurological or orthopedic center experience, or previous vestibular rehab experience preferred
- Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
Schedule: - Full time (Monday- Friday)
Salary (range): - $85k to $95k annually (potentially higher for Clinical Director position)
